Panorama TOKYO : Nishi-Shinjuku in the Twilight

Typhoon No.3 has passed by Tokyo in the early morning of July 8th, 2000. It blew off dust and moisture in the air, and brought us a clear sky over Tokyo. On the observatory floor of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building in the subcenter of Tokyo, Nishi-Shinjuku, we got the fantastic view of Mt. Fuji in the evening.

We very rarely find Mt. Fuji in the composition with high-rises here at all seasons of the year, for the distance of approx. 100 km from Tokyo.

Subway Oedo Line: Tochomae Sta., Subway Marunouchi Line: Nishi-Shinjuku Sta.
