Panorama TOKYO : Shibuya

In "Culture and Art Town" Shibuya, especially around the north exit of JR Shibuya Station, the forces often set a "street-fashion" every year, for busy streets are full of life with young people late into the night. At the back of Meiji Street near the east gate of the station, there is a good space where we can't imagine it in such a crowded town.

Miyashita Park on the parking lot, constructed as the first aerial park in Japan, is an oasis of quiet in such a busy town. At only that place rich in green, graffiti on the fence and the wall seem a kind of arts.
