Panorama TOKYO : Yoyogi

The Inner Garden of Meiji Jingu Shrine at Yoyogi is the second largest green area in Tokyo next to the Imperial Palace. Here in the grassland in front of Treasure Museum, you can see the whole skies of Shinjuku. High-rise buildings are stretching themselves and show us their faces behind the woods. That is a luxurious panorama with the over-wide skies for city dwellers.

As the scenery with skyscrapers viewing from Central Park in New York City, high-rise buildings are a good match for a mass of green. High-rises at Shinjuku have a nice view with the geometrical skyline, keeping them at a distance.

The building under construction seeing on your right has completed in October 2000. NTT DoCoMo Yoyogi building is 239 m in height with a sharp point. Now it's showing us the shape of a pencil rare in Japan.
