The Giants beat the Golden Eagles 7 to 4 to which Lee Seung Yeop contributed. The Swallows beat the Marines 7 to 5. The Dragons defeated the Hawks in 5 to 1. The Fighters defeated the Carp 5 to 4. The Lions Alex Cabrera blasted 3 home runs to help his team defeat the BayStars 6 to 3. The Tigers beat the Buffaloes 5 to 1.

The Golden Eagles clinched its first victory ever over the Giants, 7 to 3. The Swallows Kazuhisa Ishii earned his 3rd win in a 8 to 4 game against the Marines. The Dragons shut out the Hawks in 4 to 0. The Carp defeated the Fighters 3 to 2. The Lions Daisuke Matsuzaka hurled over the distance in a 6 to 3 game against the BayStars. It's in a 2 to 3 game against the Marines. The BayStars Marc Kroon hurled a 161 km/hr pitch and closed the game 7 to 4 over the Buffaloes. The Carp clobbered the Golden Eagles in a 8 to 4 game.

The Lions Daisuke Matsuzaka slammed his first home run in professional baseball and also clinched his 8th win from the Tigers. The Dragons replaced the Tigers for first place in the Central League by defeating the Fighters. The Giants succumbed to its 4th loss in a row. It's in a 3 to 7 game against the Marines. The Swallows relayed the game with former MLB pitchers, Kazuhisa Ishii, Masao Kida and Shingo Takatsu to win 4 to 3 against the Hawks.

June 8
Shane Spencer's grand slam helped the Tigers beat the Fighters 6 to 4. The Dragons Sato Mitsuru shut out the Marines in a 16 to 0 game. The Hawks Kazumi Saito shut out the Giants in a 4 to 0 game. The BayStars Massaki Koike grandslammed for his team's 7 to 0 win over the Golden Eagles. The Swallows beat the Lions 5 to 1.

The Marines Masahide Kobayashi earned his 20th save in a 2 to 1 game against the Dragons. The Hawks clincehd the game the the Giants again 8 to 3. The Buffaloes Kazuhiro Kiyohara homered, and had an RBI hit to help his team win 3 to 0 over the Carp. The Lions, with home runs defeated the Swallows 8 to 4. The Golden Eagles beat the BayStars 2 to 1.

June 6
The Dragons Kenshin Kawakami shut out the Marines for his 7th win. The Hawks clinched the game from the Giants with Nobuhiko Matsunaka's RBI. The Swallows Rick Guttormson pitched well until the 7th inning, but in the end the Lions clinched the game 3 to 2. The Golden Eagles Ryan Glynn won his first game in a 8 to 4 match against the BayStars. The Carp beat the Buffaloes 4 to 2.

June 4
The Giants Takayuki Shimizu's sacrifice fly gave his team a 2 to 1 win over the Lions. The Marines failed to clinch a see-saw game from the Carp. It finished 5 to 7. The Swallows manager- cum-player Atsuya Furuta hit in 2 RBIs to help his team win 12 to 5 over the Buffaloes. The BayStars Shuichi Murata's 3 run home run took his team to a 7 to 2 win over the Fighters. The Hawks beat the Tigers this time, 6 to 2. The Dragons defeated the Golden Eagles again 9 to 2.

June 3
The Tigers Takashi Toritani finished the game for his team's victory again with his his hit. It's 8 to 7 against the Hawks. The Marines exploded. Matt Franco, Toshiaki Imae, Benny Agbayani homered to win 14 to 5 over the Carp. Tyron Woods 2 run homer helped the Dragons defeat the Golden Eagles 6 to 2. The Giants won dramatically in the 9th inning with Lee Seung Yeop blasting a equalizer, and Takayuki Shimizu's game clinching home run over the Lions. The BayStars beat the Fighters 4 to 2. The Buffaloes defeated the Swallows 4 to 0.

June 2
The Swallows Adam Riggs helped his team clinch the game against the Buffaloes with a 3 run homerun in the 10th inning. The Carp blasted homeruns, and won 5 to 3 over the Marines. The Giants Shinnosuke Abe slammed a 3 run home run off the Lions Daisuke Matsuzaka and gave his team a 4 to 2 win. The Dragons lost to its former player Takeshi Yamasaki's RBI hit in the 10th inning. It's 2 to 3 against the Golden Eagles. The Tigers Takashi Toritani contributed to his team's 4 to 0 win against the Hawks.

June 1
The Marines defeated the Swallows this time 4 to 2. The Lions Alex Cabrera had a 2 run home run and helped his team win 4 to 0 over the Carp. The BayStars final batter's grounded ball was called a foul by one umpire, and another said it was in. The in call was taken, and the game finished 4 to 3 for the Hawks. The Giants Hiroki Kokubo ended the game in the 12th inning with a 2 run homerun, for a 10 to 8 win over the Fighters. The Tigers won 2 to 1 over the Golden Eagles. The Dragons beat the Buffaloes 5 to 1.

May 31
The Marines at last lost. It's to the Swallow's Adam Rigg's 2 run homer in the 11th inning. The Lions Shogo Akada's RBI hit helped his team clinch the game against the Carp in the 10th inning 5 to 4. The Buffaloes at last won. It's 4 to 2 against the Dragons. The BayStars Shuichi Murata had 2 run homer off the Hawks Tsuyoshi Wada. But the Hawks caught up and clinched the game in the end 3 to 2. The Fighters Tsuyoshi Shinjo slammed a 2 run home run off the Giants Hisanori Takahashi who's started for the first time since he broke his jaw from a foul ball in the bench in April. In the 7th inning, the Giants line-up blasted and clinched the game 11 to 4. The Golden Eagles won 6 to 3 over the Tigers.

May 30
The Giants lost its 5th game in a row. It's to the Fighters in a 2 to 12 game. As the Dragons won, 3 to 1 against the Buffaloes, it replaced the Giants for 2nd place. The Central League frontrunner, the Tigers beat the Golden Eagles 5 to 2 with home runs by Shane Spencer and Tomoaki Kanemoto. The Marines clinched its 4th win in a row against the Swallows 8 to 1. The Lions beat the Carp 3 to 2.

May 28
The Marines Toshiaki Imae homered a 2 run, and hand a RBI hit , contributing to the team's 7 to 3 win over the Giants. It's the first time this season, the Giants lost 4 games in a row. The Tigers lost to the Lions in the 10th inning, 4 to 5. The Dragons Alex Ochoa's 2 run homer and teammate Takashi Ogawara hurled over the distance for the first time. It's in a 9 to 1 game against the Hawks. The Swallows played terribly out in the field, and lost 2 to 3 against the Fighters.

May 27
The Buffaloes Kazuhiro Kiyohara finished the game against the BayStars with a grand slam. It's his 11th game winning home-run in his career. The Swallows Adam Riggs helped the team win with his RBIS, 4 to 0 against the Fighters. The Dragons managed to beat the Hawks 4 to 3, thanks to contributions by Kosuke Fukudome. The Golden Eagles won its 2nd game in a row, 6 to 5 against the Carp. The Giants lost again to the Marines.And since the Tigers beat the Lions, the Tigers replaced the Giants for first place in the Central League.

May 26
The Buffaloes Kazuhiro Kiyohara's home run helped his team defeat the BayStars 2 to 0. The Lions Daisuke Matsuzaka shut out the Tigers in a 3 to 0 game. The Swallows Masao Kida, a former major leaguer earned his first save in a 4 to 3 game over the Fighters. The Golden Eagles won on Jose Fernandez's grand slam, 10 to 2 against the Carp. The Giants lost to the Marines 2 to 7.

May 25
The Swallows Rick Guttormson pitched a no-hitter game against the Golden Eagles. He supported himself with the bat too with an RBI hit, and also did Andy LaRocca and Alex Ramirez with home runs. Mitsuru Sato of the Dragons shut out the Lions in a 9 to 0 game. The Hawks won its 2nd game in a row, thanks to strong leadership by Nobuhiko Matsunaka. It's 5 to 1 over the BayStars. The Tigers winning streak ended with a 2 to 3 loss. The Fighters Tomoya Yagi won his 6th game in a 5 to 2 game against the Giants. The Buffaloes 41 year old Masato Yoshii won his 4th game in a 3 to 1 game over the Carp.

May 24
Tetsuya Ukai of the Giants hurled over the distance in a 4 to 1 against the Fighters. The Tigers clinched its 5th win in a row by defeating the Marines 4 to 2. The Buffaloes losing streak ended at 9 in a 7 to 2 game against the Carp. The Hawks Nobuhiko Matsunaka's home run got the team going to win 6 to 2 over the BayStars. The Lions won 5 to 4 against the Dragons.

May 23
Tomonori Maeda of the Carp blasted a 3 run homer and deafeted the Buffaloes 12 to 4. The Hawks Nagisa Arakaki could not pitch consistently and his team lost 2 to 5 to the BayStars. The Swallows Adam Riggs homered and helped the Swallow defeated the Golden Eagles. The Dragons Kenshin Kawakami lost his first game of the season against the Lions.

May 22
The Tigers Makoto Imaoka's 2 run home run was the start of a series of runs batted in. The Tigers beat the Buffaloes 8 to 2.

May 21
The Marines extended its winning streak to 9 in a 3 to 2 game against the Dragons. The Buffaloes Kazuhiro Kiyohara marked his 1500th career hit. But his team lost 3 to 5 to the Tigers. The Swallows and the Hawks played a 5 hour 12 minute game which the Hawks clinched in the 12th inning. The Giants Yoshinobu Takahashi smashed a 2 run home run and this time the Giants won 5 to 1 over the Golden Eagles. Jeremy Powell earned his 6th win. The Carp won 6 to 2 over the Fighters.

May 20
The Marines Naoyuki Shimizu shut out the Dragons for his team's 8th win in a row. The Marines surged to first place in the Pacific League. The Swallows Adam Rigg homered twice and helped his team win 14 to 2 over the Hawks. Sadaharu Oh could not celebrate his 66th birthday. For the first time the Golden Eagles had a "sayonara" home run. It was by Jose Fernandez in the game against the Giants to win 6 to 5. The Tigers Andy Sheets homerun finished the game against the Buffaloes in the 10th inning. It's 5 to 2. The BayStars losing streak was halted in a 8 to 1 game against the Lions.

May 19
Friends, Trey Hillman of the Fighters and Marty Brown of the Carp faced eachother as team managers. The Fighters won 6 to 0. Toshiaki Imae's hit gave the Marines a 2 to 1 win over the Dragons to end the team's winning streak. The Lions Daisuke Matsuzaka clinched his 6th win in the 10 to 7 game against the BayStars. The Hawks beat the Swallows 6 to 3.

May 18
The Dragons had a shut out victor for the 4th game in a row by winning 1 to 0 over the Buffaloes. The Carp is making the news with its practice t-shirt. Manager Marty Brown wore a t-shirt stating "I throw bases", which he did in a previous game. Others wore t-shirts saying "My manager throws bases". The Carp won 6 to 5 against the Lions. The Fighters Tsuyoshi Shinjo wore his old Tigers uniform before the game against the Tigers to entertain the fans. As to the game, the Fighters won 4 to 1. The Golden Eagles lost its 5th game in a row losing 1 to 3 to the Swallows. The Hawks beat the Giants 4 to 2.

May 17
The Giants young pitcher started for the first time. He's Kentaro Nishimura. He pitched well and the Giants won 4 to 0 over the Hawks. The Dragons Tyron Woods hit in 6 runs of the game for his team's 7 to 0 win. It's the Dragons 4th win in a row. The Marines clinched its 5th win in a row in a 6 to 4 game. The Golden Eagles lost again 1 to 6 to the Swallows. 2 games were rained out.

May 16
Former Giants stars faced eachother as skippers. It's the Giants Tatsunori Hara and the Hawks Sadaharu Oh. The Giants Takayuki Shimizu and Tomohiro Nioka homered one after another from Nagisa Arakaki. The decisive swing was Lee Seung Yeop's 2 run home run, with which the Giants won 7 to 3. The Carp's winning streak ended by beating the Lions 8 to 7. The Tigers Andy Sheets finished the game with an RBI hit to win 3 to 2 over the Fighters. The Dragons Kenshin Kawakami shut out the Buffaloes in a 2 to 0 game. The Marines beat the BayStars 4 to 1 for its 4th win in a row.

May 14
As the Lions played well, beating the Giants 3 games in a row, and since the Fighters lost 3 to 4 to the BayStars, the Lions was back to lead the Pacific League. The Hawks Toshiya Sugiuchi led the league with his 6th win by defeating the Tigers 7 to 3. The Dragons beat the Golden Eagles again. The Swallows too won against the Buffaloes again 9 to 4.

May 13
The Swallows Greg LaRocca was great out in the field, showing 2 superb response to the ball. His teammate Akinori Iwamura slammed a 3 run homerun to give his team win 3 to 2 over the Buffaloes. The Marines celebrated Bobby Valentine's birthday by clinching the game from the Carp in the final inning 2 to 1. The Lions beat the Giants 6 to 4. The Dragons' Tyron Woods contributed with RBIs to his team's 10 to 1 over the Golden Eagles.

May 12
The Buffaloes Norihiro Nakamura slammed a 2 run home run to help Masato Yoshii earn his 3rd win. It's 6 to 3 against the Swallows. The Marines Tsuyoshi Nishioka also blasted a double in a 6 to 3 game against the Carp. The Hawks Kazumi Saito hurled over the distance in a 8 to 1 game over the Tigers. The Golden Eagles won again. It's 5 to 4 against the Dragons. The Lions Daisuke Matsuzaka hurled against the Giants to win in a 3 to 1 game. The Fighters continue to play well, defeating the BayStars 4 to 1.

May 11
The big news was the BayStars Takuro Ishii marked his 2000th career hit. Ishii was in tears after the game. But his team lost to the Golden Eagles 4 to 8. This time the Fighters won in the 10th inning when Fernando Seguignol was walked with bases full. The Tigers defeated the Marines 5 to 3. The Giants had an accident. 43 year old Kimiyasu Kudo had broken his blister so had to step down in the 3rd inning. But the closers pitched well, and his team won 2 to 0 over the Buffaloes.

May 10
The Swallows Greg LaRocca exploded again with 2 home runs, and helpd his team beat the Lions 14 to 8. The Fighters lost due to its pitcher's wild pitch in the 11th inning. It's 3 to 4 against the Dragons. The BayStars won when Takuro Ishii was walked with bases full in the 11th inning. It's 5 to 4 against the Golden Eagles.

May 9
It's the 2nd year in a row the interleague games took off. The Giants faced the Buffaloes in a competitive game and managed to win 8 to 4. The Tigers Andy Sheets and Makoto Imaoka homered to win 7 to 2 against the Marines. The Swallows overwhelmed the Lions with a grand slam by Norichiki Aoki and 3 home runs by Greg LaRocca. The Fighters veteran player Yukio Tanaka drove in a game winning run in the 10th inning to beat the Dragons 3 to 2. The Hawks Nagisa Arakaki shut out the Carp in a 5 to 0 game. The BayStars Daisuke Miura earned his career 100th win in a 5 to 2 game against the Golden Eagles.
