The 3 games that were not played due to rain outs were scheduled. The Carp's Koichi Ogata blasted a 3 run home run to equalize and in the end his team defeated the Golden Eagles. The BayStars Shuichi Murata slammed a league leading 19th home run and his team won its 3rd game in a row by beating the Lions. The Swallows clinched the game against the Buffaloes in the 10th inning.

June 22
The Tigers Tomoaki Kanemoto slammed 2 home runs to help his team win 5 to 3 over the Fighters. But it's the Hawks, by defeating the Giants became this year's interleague champion. The Golden Eagles has an all star pitching staff on the mound. The starter was Hisashi Iwakuma. He was relieved by Masahiro Tanaka who won his first save in the game against the Carp. The Dragons won its 5th game in a row by defeating the Marines.

June 21
A sellout crowd enjoyed a fascinating game in which in the 12th inning, the Giants Takuya Kimura finished the game by batting in a run off the Hawks. The BayStars Shuichi Murata homered a 3 run in the 8th inning. In the 10th inning, he finished the game with another home run to beat the Lions 5 to 4. The Fighters beat the Tigers. The Buffaloes defeated the Swallows.

June 19
In the only game of the day the Hawks defeated the Swallows 7 to 5 and surged to first place.

June 18
The Golden Eagles lost its 3rd game in a row. It's against the Tigers. The Giants Michihiro Ogasawara homered the 2nd game in a row and helped his team beat the Buffaloes. Carp's 20 year old Kenta Maeda won his first game. The Swallows Norichika Aoki slammed a 2 run home run and his team beat the Hawks 3 to 2.

June 17
The Tigers clinched a competitive game against the Golden Eagles. The Dragons Norihiro Nakamura was a wonder, with a 2 run home run and finishing the game with a game winning home run against the Lions. The Marines exploded with home runs by Saburo, Tsuyoshi Nishioka and Julio Zuleta, while the BayStars quietly lost its 5th game in a row. The Giants Shigeyuki Furuki's sacrifice fly gave his team a game winning run to beat the Buffaloes. The Fighters Yu Darvish batted in a run for the first time. His team managed to beat the Carp 8 to 7.

June 16
In the only game of the day, the Giants Tetsuya Utsumi shut out the Golden Eagles.

June 15
The Tigers caught up with the Marines in the 9th inning, but lost in the end as Julio Zuleta hit in a run. It's the Tigers 3rd loss in a row. The Golden Eagles Hisashi Iwakuma shut out the Giants by hurling over the distance and earned his 10th win. He said he dedicated this win to the victims of yesterday's huge earthquake that hit Iwate and Miyagi prefectures. The Carp's Colby Lewis too earned his 10th win in a game against the Lions. The Hawks Tsuyoshi Wada for the first time this season hurled over the distance and won. It's against the BayStars.

June 14
The Marines received a visit by from sumo star Chiyotaikai. Benny Agbayani homered and so did Chiyo's good friend Tsuyoshi Nishioka to beat the Tigers 10 to 6. The Dragons marked it's 3rd loss in a row in a game which was finished by the Buffaloes Alex Cabrera's home run. The Hawks Toshiya Sugiuchi struck out 10 and hurled over the distance in a 3 to 1 game over the BayStars. The Swallows catcher lost the ball in the 10th inning,and with that the Fighters came home and won the game. The Golden Eagles game in hometown Sendai was cancelled for the day due to the great earthquake which hit the area, with more than 200 dead or injured.

June 12
The Giants this time lost to the Fighters. The Tigers lost to the Lions despite Tomoaki Kanemoto's home run. The Swallows Norichika Aoki grandslammed to beat the Golden Eagles 7 to 3. The Carp clobbered the Marines rookie Yuki Karakawa to win. The Buffaloes Ramon Ortiz won his 3rd game in a 4 to 1 game against the BayStars.

June 11
It was bad luck for the Lions. Starter Kazuhisa Ishii was struck by the Tigers Tomoaki Kanemoto's hit and had to leave the mound. The Lions lost 4 to 6. The Swallows clinched the game against the Golden Eagles in the 10th inning. The Marines Shunsuke Watanabe won a shut out game for the first time, in a 1 to 0 game against the Carp. The Giants managed to beat Yu Darvish led Fighters with Alex Ramirez's home run.

June 9
The Tigers won again against the Buffaloes. The Lions Craig Brazell slammed a league leading 17th home run. It's a 3 run, and beat the Giants. The Marines won on Tomoya Satozaki, and Toshiaki Imae's home runs over the Swallows. The BayStars losing streak was ended by Shuichi Murata's 2 run homerun.

June 8
The Tigers won it's 4th game in the row. It defeated the Buffaloes. The BayStars marked its 5th loss in a row in a game against the Fighters. The Giants Yoshitomo Tani slammed a 3 run home run to beat the Lions 4 to 0. The Hawks beat the Carp with a homer by Hiroki Kokubo and a 3 run by Nobuhiro Matsuda. In the 10th inning the Marines beat the Swallows on Jose Ortiz's home run.

June 7
The Tigers Takahiro Arai finished the game in the 10th inning with his RBI hit, for his team's 3 to 2 win over the Hawks. The Lions Craig Brazell blasted a 2 run for his team's 5 to 3 win over the Swallows. The Dragons sluggers Tyrone Woods, Kazuhiro Wada, Norihiro Nakamura homered to the team's 4 to 1 win over the Fighters. Tuffy Rhodes homered twice for the Buffaloes and his team beat the Carp 11 to 3.@

June 6
Is it the birth of the new star for the Giants? Rookie Ryuichi Kajimae for the first time batted in the top league. In the 10th inning, he finished the game with a home run to give the Giants a 4 to 3 win over the Marines. The Dragons Tyrone Woods homered twice, but his team lost to the Fighters. Michael Nakamura who was back from an injury closed the game. The Buffaloes Tuffy Rhodes contributed with a homer and hits to be the Carp 12 to 2.

June 5
The Marines star rookie Yuuki Karakawa lost his first game of the season. In the game Norihiro Nakamura of the Dragons blasted a 3 run home run for his team's 4 to 1 win.

June 4
The Tigers won this time on Tomoaki Kanemoto's 3 run home run against the Golden Eagles. The Marines defeated the Dragons which turned out to be Bobby Valentine's 1500 win in both the U.S. and Japan as a skipper. Both league's top pitcher faced eachother. For the Fighters, Yu Darvish. For the Carp, Colby Lewis. Lewis with 13 strike outs was the winner earning his 8th win. The Lions Kazuhisa Ishii lasted 7 inning and earned his 7th win in the game against the BayStars.

June 3
The Lions had homerun after homerun, including Takeya Nakamura, Toru Hosokawa and GG Sato. It beat the BayStars 7 to 2. The Golden Eagles starter was Masahiro Tanaka. He pitched well enough against the Tigers to win his 6th game. The Giants lost to the Buffaloes 3 to 8.

June 1
The Giants Marc Kroon recorded 162km/hr when he pitched. It's a Japan record. But his team lost in the 12th inning to the Hawks. The Tigers managed to clinch the game from the Fighters in the 10th inning The Lions Toru Hosokawa slammed a 3 run home run, and more, to help his team win 10 to 3 against the Dragons. The Buffaloes won its first game at home under its acting manager Daijiro Ohishi.

May 31
The Fighters marked its 3rd win in a row by defeating the Tigers. The Hawks Toshiya Sugiuchi hurled over the distance and earned his 5th win in the game against the Giants. The Golden Eagles Jose Fernandez was incredible slamming 3 run and 2 run home runs. Starter Hisashi Iwakuma earned his 8th win in the game against the Carp. Shoitsu Ohmatsu helped the Marines beat the BayStars with a 3 run home run.

May 29
The Carp's Colby Lewis struck out 10 in 7 innings and earned his 7th win already in the game against the Lions. The Giants winning streak was halted at 3, in a 2 to 4 game against the Golden Eagles. Kenji Ohtonari who started for the Hawks slammed a 2 run home run. He won the game against the BayStars. The Tigers beat the Marines.

May 28
The Giants Tetsuya Utsumi was the only pitcher this day to hurl over the distance. He gave up only 1 run against the Golden Eagles and contributed to the Giants 3rd win in a row. By the way, the ceremonious one pitch to start the game was hurled by Mariah Carey. The Dragons Masa Yamamoto faced his first loss of the season. It's against the Buffaloes. The Lions beat the Carp on Takeya Nakamura's 3 run home run. Yu Darvish managed to earn his 6th win in a game he lost 3 runs to the Swallows.

May 26
Bad news for pro baseball. The baseball commissioner announced that the Giants Luis Gonzalez has tested positive for using doping and will be suspended from playing for a year. Amid this, Aussie Adrian Burnside started for the Giants for the first time and pitched fairly well. He even hit in a run. The Giants beat the Fighters. The Tigers Tomoaki Kanemoto hit a game winning RBI to defeat the Lions. The BayStars Shuichi Murata slammed a 3 run home run to defeat the BayStars. The Hawks lost it's 3rd game in a row, in a close 1 to 0 game against the Dragons.

May 25
The top teams of both leagues faced eachother. The Tigers beat the Lions. It's the first time the Buffaloes won under the acting manager, Daijiro Ohishi. It's by defeating the BayStars. The Carp's Shigenobu Shima blasted a 3 run home run for his team's 7 to 6 win over the Marines. The Golden Eagles Masahiro Tanaka lasted 7 inning giving up just 2 runs and clinched his 5th win. It's against the Swalloww. The Giants Alex Ramirez home run helped the team beat the Fighters.

May 24
The Marines clinched the game in the last inning from the Swallows. The Golden Eagles managed to beat the BayStars again. The Buffaloes is still unable to win under its acting manager. The Giants Takahiko Nomaguchi started but was unable to pitch well for his team. This, amid hot gossip surrounding him that he's dating popular model Moe Oshikiri.

May 23
The Lions clobbered the Giants with 2 home runs by GG Sato. The Hawks won its 3rd game in a row since interleague hames were launched. The Golden Eagles Takeshi Yamasaki blasted a 2 run homer and his team beat the BayStars. The Swallows clinched a 12 inning game from the Marines.

May 21
What was shocking was the Buffaloes skipper Terry Collins called it quit. He said he lost fire in his heart after losing to the Tigers. He's being replaced by Daijiro Ohishi who will be acting manager. The Lions Kazuhisa Ishii could not pitch well. His team lost to the Swallows 4 to 5. The Dragons Tyron Woods slammed a 2 run home run for his team to win 3 to 1 against the Golden Eagles. The Fighters Yu Darvish lasted only 7 innings but his team defeated the BayStars 4 to 3. The Giants beat the Marines on Alex Ramirez's 3 run home run.

May 20
It's the 4th year in a row the interleague games took off. The Hawks skipper Sadaharu Oh celebrated his 68th birthday with a win earned with Hiroki Kokubo's 3 run home run against the Carp. The Marines rising star Yuki Karakawa had his worst ever game giving up 6 runs. It's against the Giants. The Giants won on Alex Ramirez's 3 run home run. The Marines slumped to 6th place in the Pacific League. The Tigers lost to the Buffaloes.
