Pacific League games scheduled in Taiwan
It was learned on Mar 9 that the Hawks have agreed with the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association formally to play 2 games in Taiwan in May. The games will be held in Tien Mou Stadium on May 14 and 15. The Hawks will play the BlueWave.

Hoshino in Tigers'Camp
Amazingly, Tigers players were already practicing even before the arrival of its new skipper Senichi Hoshino in Kochi Prefecture on Feb 1. Reports say that it shows the the players are determined to play well under Hoshino.
