2nd stage:Yakult Swallows vs Hanshin Tigers
The Tigers starter Koyo Aoyagi pitched well in the 3rd game on Oct 14. But it was in the 6th inning the mood changed. He lost control of his pitch. He left the mound. With bases loaded Munetaka Murakami grounded the ball which the Tigers mishandled. 3 game home. Then Tetsuto Yamata hit in a run. The Swallows won 6 to 3 to clinch its place in the Japan Series.

On Oct 13, The Tigers took the lead. But on Munetaka Murakami's 2 run homer, the Swallows clinched the lead. Hideki Nagaoka homered. And so did Osuna again. The Swallows won 5 to 3.

The first game's starter for the Swallows on Oct 12,Yasuhiro Ogawa. He pitched well. Supporting him Jose Osuna with a 3 run home run. Domingo Santana slammed a 2 run. The Swallows won 7 to 1.

1st stage:Hanshin Tigers vs Yokohama Dena BayStars
In the 3rd game on Oct 10, the BayStars Toshiro Miyazaki slammed a home run. Then, the Tigers Teruaki Sato homered. Fumihito Haraguchi hit in a run to help the Tigers take the lead. The Tigers won 3 to 2, to advance to the next state.

On Oct 9,the BayStars shut out the Tigers in a 1 to 0 game.

On Oct 8, the Tigers Koji Chikamoto hit in 2 runs. Meanwhile the Tigers pitcher Koyo Aoyagi pitched well. The Tigers won 2 to 0.

October
On Oct 3, the Swallows Munetaka Murakami, in the 7th inning, slammed his 56th home run of the season. He exceeded the record long held by Sadaharu Oh. He also clinched the triple crown to wrap up the season.

On Oct 1, the Giants lost to the BayStars. With this loss the Giants chance to play in the Climax Series was shattered. It was too late for the Giants to win the next day. The BayStars and the Tigers will play.

September
From Sept 29, the Swallows beat the Carp in 2 games, but no home runs by Munetaka Murakami. The BayStars and the Dragons played another 2 games against eachother and won a game each.

With the Swallows league victory secured, all eyes are on which teams will make it to the climax series and whether Munetaka Murakami will hit more home runs. On Sept 27 and 28 , the Tigers beat the Swallows. The BayStars faced the Dragons and won a game each.

From Sept 23, the Swallows faced the BayStars. They won a game each. Then on Sept 25, in a competitive game, rookie Kazuya Maruyama finished the game with his RBI. With this win, the Swallows clinched the league victory. As to other games, the Giants lost 2 of 3 games against the Dragons from Sept 23. The Tigers Teruaki Sato slammed a 2 run home run to beat the Tigers on Sept 23.

On Sept 21, the Swallows won, but lost against the Dragons the next day. The Giants beat the BayStars on Sept 21 but lost the next. The Carp defeat the Tigers on Sept 21.

On Sept 20, the Giants beat the Swallows. The BayStar defeated the Tigers. The Carp and the Dragons tied.

On Sept 18 the Swallows beat the Tigers. The Giants lost the game against the BayStars. On Sept 19 won on Tomoyuki Sugano's good pitch.

On Sept 16, the Dragon had a shut out win over the Swallows, they tied in the next game. The Carp beat the BayStars from Sept 16 in 2 games. On Sept 17, the Giants Sho Nakata slammed a 2 run home run to defeat the Tigers.

On Sept 13, Munetaka Murakami blasted 2 home runs, marking his 55th home run of the season, tying with the Japanese record for a season which has long been held by Sadaharu Oh. But the Giants beat the Swallows. On this day the BayStars shut out the Dragons. The BayStar lost the next day to the Dragons. The Tiger and the Carp faced eachother for 2 games and won a game each.

The Tigers faced the Dragons from Sept 11 and won 2 games. The Giants shut out the Carp on Sept 11.

All eyes are on Munetaka Murakami. On Sept 9, he slammed a home run to beat the Carp. The Swallows lost the next day, then won in the 3rd game. From Sept 9 the BayStars won 2 games against the Tigers. The Giants lost 2 games against the Dragons.

On Sept 6,the Swallows managed to beat the Tigers with a home run by Munetaka Murakami. The Tigers won the next day. The BayStars played 3 games against the Giants, and won only 1 game. The Carp beat the Dragons in the first 2 games, lost a shut out game on Sept 8.

From Sept 1, the Swallows faced the Dragons. Munetaka Murakami homered in the first and 3rd games, but the Swallows only won the first game. The BayStars lost to the Carp in all 3 games. The Tigers and the Giants tied in the first game, while the Giants clinched the next 2 games.

On Sept 1 the BayStars beat the Dragons, trailing closely behind the Swallows. The Tigers shut out the Carp.

August
On Aug 30 the Swallows beat the Giants in the 11th inning. They tied in the next game. The BayStars defeated the Dragons in 2 games. The Tigers won 2 games against the Carp.

The Swallows Munetaka Murakami continues to explode. From Aug 26, he homered in all 3 games against the BayStars. The team won the first and 3rd games. The Dragons won 2 of 3 games against the Tigers. The Carp won 2 of 3 games against the Giants.

The Swallows beat the Carp in 2 of 3 games from Aug 23. The BayStars won 2 games against the Tigers, then its winning streak ended on Aug 24, at 8. On Aug 23 Giants ace pitcher Tomoya Sugano salvaged his team pitching well against the Dragons. The Giants lost the next game, managed to win the 3rd game.

From Aug 19, the Swallows lost its first game to the Dragons, won the next with Munetaka Murakami's 2 homers, lost the 3rd game. The BayStar defeated the Carp in all 3 games. The Tigers defeated the Giants in all 3 games.

The Swallows may be picking up pace fron Aug 16, beating the Tigers with Munetaka Murakami's RBI, then the next game on Murakami's 3 run home run and Tetsuto Yamada's homer. But the Swallows lost the 3rd games. The BayStars from Aug 16 beat the Giants in all 3 games, on got batting by Neftali Soto and Keita Sano's home runs in the 3rd game. The Carp on Aug 16 had to juggle its players due to the pandemic, but beat the Dragons in the first 2 games. It lost the 3rd game to Viciedo's RBIs.

The Swallows lost its 7th game in a row on Aug 12 in the game against the BayStars. The next game was rained out. On Aug 14, the Swallows won on Yasutaka Shiomi's home run. The Dragons Yudai Ono shut out the Tigers on Aug 12. The Dragons won the next 2 games. The Carp beat the Giants in the first 2 games. On Aug 14, the Giants won on Yoshihiro Maru's home run.

On Aug 9 the Carp's Masato Morishita shut out the Swallows. The Carp won the next 2 games too. The BayStars beat the Tiger in all 3 games from Aug 9. The Giants won 2 of 3 games against the Dragons.

From Aug 5 the Swallows faced the Giants and lost all 3 games. The Tigers won the first game against the Carp, but lost the next on Shogo Akiyama's RBI, and the 3rd . The BayStars beat the Dragons in the first 2 games, lost the 3rd.

On Aug 2 the Swallows Munetaka Murakami did the unprecedented. He homered twice, or broke the Japan record with a total 5 consecutive home runs. The Swallows beat the Dragons the first 2 games. The BayStars defeated the Carp in the first 2 games. The Tigers faced the Giants from Aug 2, won the first 2 games and the Giants won the 3rd.

The Tigers climbed to 2nd place by defeating the Swallows in the first 2 games from Jul 29. The Swallows won the 3rd on Munetaka Murakami's 3 home runs. The Dragons beat the Carp in all 3 games. The Giants did not play any games against the BayStars due to players in quarantine.

The Carp faced the Swallows from Jul 22, surged to 2nd place winning the first 2 games, but lost the 3rd to Tetsuto Yamada's home run. The Tigers played against the BayStars and won all 3 games. The Giants did not play against the Dragons due to more testing positive.

From Jul 18 the Swallows faced the Giants,. The Giants won the first on Yoshihiro Maru's 2 run home run. The Swallows won the next two. Then after the 3rd game the Giants announced 16 players had COVID-19. The BayStars won 2 of 3 games against the Dragons. The Tigers and Hiroshima won a game each.

On Jul 15 the Carps Yoshitaka Isomura grand slammed to beat the Giants. Then in the next game Hisayoshi Chono grand slammed. The Giants lost all 3 games. The Tigers won 2 of 3 games against the Dragons. The Swallows faced the BayStars in 2 games from Jul 16 and lost both.

The Giants faced the Tigers from Jul 12, clinched the first game on homers by Gregory Polanco and Sho Nakata. The Tigers won the next 2 games. The BayStars won 2 of 3 games against the Carp. The Swallows played from Jul 13 against the Dragons without its top players due to COVID-19 spreading in the team. It's lost 2 games

The Tigers beat the Swallows on Jul 8 with Koji Chikamoto's 2 run homerun and Koyo Aoyagi hurling over the distance. The next 2 games were cancelled as more than a dozen on the team and officials were had COVID-19. The Dragon played against the Carp from Jul 8 and won 2 games. The Giants and the BayStars tied in the first game. The BayStars won the next 2 games.

The Swallows faced the Giants from Jul 5, lost the first 2 games, won the 3rd. The other 2 games were rained out on Jul 5. The Carp and the Tigers won a game each from Jul 6. The BayStar beat the Dragons on Jul 6, they tied in the next game.

On July 1 the Swallows lost its game against the BayStars, but won the next 2. Carp's Ryan McBroom contributed in all 3 games agains the GIants, with a 2 run homer in the first, with a game winning RBI in the next. In the 3r, he hit in a run, but the Giants won. In the 3 games the Tigers played against the Dragons, the Tigers won 2 of 3.

The Swallows beat the Carp in all 3 games from June 28 with Munetaka Murakami slamming home runs in the first and 2nd games. The Giants and the Dragons faced eachother winning a game each. The BayStars beat the Tigers in the first on Soto's home run and base hit and the 3rd.

The Swallows and the Giants played eachother from June 25. Munetaka Murakami homered twice in the first game to help his team win. The Giants won the next game. The Swallows clinched the 3rd game on Murakami's 3 run home run. The Carp beat the BayStars in all 3 games. The Tigers defeated the Dragons in 3 games.

From June 21 the Swallows faced the Dragons. The Swallows lost the first game to Osuna's home run. The Swallows won next 2 games. In the 3rd game Munetaka Murakami was amazing with a grand slam and a 2 run home run. The BayStar won 2 of 3 games against the Giants. The Carp beat the Tigers in the first 2 games, and they equalized in the 3rd game.

On June 17, teams were back playing within the league. The Swallow remain on top, beating the Carp in all 3 games. The Giants lost to the Dragons Yudai Ono's terrific pitching on Jun 17, lost the next to Martinez's RBI, managed to win the 3r on Kazuma Okamoto's home run. The Tigers Yusuke Oyama was amazing slamming 2 home runs in the first game against the BayStars and a 2 run homer in the 2nd, to beat the BayStars. The Tigers lost the 3rd gamel.

The Giants played against the Tigers from May 20, won the first game but lost the next 2. The Swallows lost the first game against the BayStars but won the next on Munetaka Murakami's 3 run home run. The Swallows won the 3rd game. The Carp beat the Dragons in all 3 games.

The Swallows Osuna hit in a game winning run against the Tigers on May 16. The Tigers son the next game, but the Swallows won the 3rd match. The Giants clinched the game against the Carp on Polanco's RBI. The Giants won the next 2 games. The Dragons consecutive lost ended on May 16 lost the next game but won the 3rd against the Tigers.

On May 13 the Giants Sho Nakata showed he can do it by smacking a 2 run home run and beat the Dragons. In the next game Nakata grand slammed for another victory. The Dragons beat the Giants in the 3rd game. The Swallows beat the Carp on May 14 with 2 homers by Munetaka Murakami. They tied in the next game. The Tigers Nakano homered twice on May 14 to beat the BayStars. The BayStars won the next game.

The Swallows lost to the the Dragons Raidel Martinez's home run on May 10 and 11, then won in the 3rd game. The Carp's Ryan McBroom slammed a 2 run homer to defeat the Tigers on May 10. The Carp won the next game too. The BayStars beat the Giants on May 10. On May 12 the Giants won on homers by Gregory Polanco and Kazuma Okamoto.

The Swallows Munetaka Murakami was amazing with a grand slam on May 6 and 7 against the Giants, helping to replace the Giants for first place. The Carp lost the first game against the BayStars, won the next 2 to replace the Giants for 2nd place on May 8. The Dragons clinched 2 of 3 games against the Tigers.

The Giants faced the Carp from Mar 3, losing 2 of 3 games. The Swallows Munetaka Murakami slammed a 2 run homerun to clinch the first game against the Tigers. The Swallows won the next game too, but lost the 3rd to a run scored on a walk. The Dragons beat the BayStars on Mar 3, but lost the next 2 games.

The Tigers on May 1 won it's 6th game in a row by beating the Giants. The Dragons Dayan Viciedo who was in a slump, hit in a run to help his team beat the Carp.

The Tigers Teruaki Sato homered a 2 run on Apr 29 against the Giants, then an RBI the next day to take his team to victory in both games. The Carp beat the Dragons on Apr 29, but lost the next day. The Swallows beat the BayStars on Apr 30 marking its 3rd consecutive win.

The Giants faced the BayStars from Apr 26. The BayStars won the first game on Shugo Maki's 2 run home run. The Giants won the next 2 games. The Tigers played against the Dragons on Apr 27, and 28, and won both games. The Swallows beat the Carp on Munetaka Murakami's 2 run home ron on Apr 27. and also won the following day.

The Giants defeated the Dragons in the first 2 games from Apr 22, lost the 3rd. The Carp beat the BayStars in all 3 games. On Apr 22 the Tigers Koyo Aoyagi shut out the Swallows to win. The Tigers low the next, but won the 3rd.

From Apr 19, the Giants faced the Carp. It won the first game with homers by Hayato Sakamoto and Kazuma Okamoto. Gregory Polanco hit in 2 run in the next game for the Giants to win. In the 3rd game Yoshiharu Maru homered. The Giants won again. On Apr 19 the Swallows Masanori Murakami homered to beat the Dragons. The Swallows won the next game too. The BayStar beat the Tigers in all 3 games

The Tigers hosted the Giants in Koshien from Apr 15. The Tigers finally won its 2nd game of the season, and also its 3rd. The Giants won the 3rd game on Adam Walker's 3 run home run. The BayStars faced the Swallows, lost the first and 3rd, but a good win in the 2nd game on a shut out victory by Tani Kamichatani. The Carp beat the Dragons in 2 games.

The Giants faced the BayStars from Apr 12. Yoshiharu Maru homered in 2 games to help his team win. The Dragons beat the Tigers in all 3 games. The Swallows and the Carp won a game each.

From Apr 8, the BayStars did not play any of the games against the Dragons due to COVID-19 infection. The Giants starter Tomoyuki Sugano was hit by a batted ball and had to leave the mound. The Swallows won. In the next game the Giants Soichiro Tateoka slammed a game winning home run. The Swallow won the 3rd game. The Carp and the Tigers tied in the first game. The Carp won the next 2 games. So the Tigers still have just 1 win in the whole of this season so far.

The Giants faced the Carp from Apr 5, and lost 1 of 3 games. The Dragons beat the Swallows in 2 of 3 games. The Tigers won its first game of the season on Apr 5 by defeating the BayStars. Teruaki Sato contributed with a homerun. The Tigers lost the next game. The 3rd game was cancelled after the BayStars reported of a number of players testing COVID-19 positive.

On Apr 1, the Giants Hayato Sakamoto and Gregory Polanco homered to beat the Tigers. The Giants won the next 2 games. In the 3rd game Sho Nakata grandslammed. The Tigers have not won a game yet. The Carp lost all 3 games to the Dragons. The Swallows and the BayStars won a game each from Apr 1.

The Carp from Mar 29 defeated the Tigers in all 3 games. The Giants beat the Swallows in all 3 games. In the 2nd game, Gregory Polanco and Zelous Wheeler homered. The BayStars won its first game of the season by beating the Dragons on Mar 28 and went on the win the next 2.

The season opened on Mar 25. The Swallows took off to a good start with it's new player Domingo Santana hitting well, with 2 run home run in the first game. The Swallows won all 3 games against the Tigers. The Giants ace Tomoyuki Sugano started. New player Gregory Polanco, a long time Pirates, contributed. The Giants won the 2nd game with hits by Sho Nakata, Hiroyuki Nakajima, but lost the 3rd game to the Dragons. The Carp won all 3 games against the BayStars.
