Iguchi who's a free agent came to an agreement with the San Diego Padres and

Phillies acquire Iguchi
It was announced on Jul 27, that Iguchi's traded for a minor league pitcher
to the Phillies as the trading deadline approaches.
Iguchi said he was expecting a trade, but was unfortunate he had to leave
Chicago.

Iguchi wasn't able to get on base this time, but the competitive pitching match

Iguchi joins the White Sox
In Chicago on Jan 27, Tadahito Iguchi, an infielder formerlly with the Daiei Hawks,
announced that he's tied the knot with the Chicago White Sox.
He's signed a 2 year contract worth 510 million yen.
He will wear number 15, and will probably play 2nd baseman.
