2nd stage: Fukuoka Softbank Hawks vs Chiba Lotte Marines
Oct 16
The Hawks started Kenichi Nakata pitched well. It was Seiichi Uchikawa again who hit in a run. Lee Dae-ho homered. The Hawks won 3 to 1, and with the win advanced to th Japan Series.

Oct 15
It was Seiichi Uchikawa again that saved the Hawks. He hit in a 2 RBI double to break the draw. Lee Dae-ho followed with an RBI. The Hawks won 6 to 1.

Oct 14
The Marines scored first on Ikuhiro Kiyota's 2 runs batted in. However, the Hawks immediately equalized with Yuki Yanakita's 2 run home run. The game went into the 10th inning, where Seiichi Uchikawa ended the game with his RBI hit. The Hawks won 3 to 2.

1st stage: Nippon Ham Fighters vs Chiba Lotte Marines
Oct 12
The Marines Tadahito Iguchi homered. So did Alfredo Despaigne. Meanwhile Hideki Wakui who's won the top pitch title this season started for the Marines and pitched well. The Marines won 2 to 1.

Oct 11
The Marines Kazuya Fukuura hit in a run. The Fighters equalized on Brandon Laird's 2 base hit. Kenji Yano hit in 2 RBIs to take the Fighters to a 4 to 2 win over the Marines.

Oct 10
Shohei Otani was a disappointment for the Fighters. The bases were loaded and the Marines Toshiaki Imae cleaned the bases. Otani was out in the 3rd inning. The Marines won 9 to 3.

October
The Marines beat the Golden Eagles on Oct 3, and with that win, secured it 3rd place this season, and also its advancement to Climax Series.

On Oct 1, the Lions Shogo Akiyama broke the Japan record and even extended it, ending the season with 216 hits. However his team lost to the Buffaloes, having to wait for the Marines result to see if the Lions can advance to the Climax Series.

September
On Sept 30, the Lions Shogo Akiyama had 5 base hits to tie with the annual hit record held by the Tigers Matt Murton.

On Sept 17, the Hawks defeated the Lions and with that win, secured the league title. It's now all about which team will advance to the Climax Series. The Fighters later secured 2nd place. The Lions and the Marines are in close competiton for 3rd place.

The Hawks lost to the Buffaloes on Sept 15, but won the next day on Nobuhiro Matsuda's home run. If the Fighters lost, the Hawks league victory would have been secured by starter Yuki Saito prevented that by pitching well against the Marines.

On Sept 13 the Lions pitchers broke records.Yusei Kikuchi pitched 157 km per hour. Shugo Akiyama had his 200th hit. But the team lost to the Marines. The Buffaloes Tony Blanco homered to help his team win against the Fighters.

The Marines and the Buffaloes faced eachother from Sept 10,the Buffaloes won 2 of the 3 games. The Hawks Yuki Yanakita homered on Sept 12,and beat the Golden Eagles. So did the Hawks win the next game. The Lions and the Fighters played a competitive game on Sept 12 which the Lions Takeya Nakamura finished with his home run.

The Hawks strength is enormous beating the Fighters in all 3 games fom Sept 8. The Lions won the first game, the Buffaloes won the next against eachother. The Marines beat the Golden Eagles on Sept 8 and it was the Golden Eagles that won the next game.

The Hawks gave up the first game against the Golden Eagles from Sept 4, won the next two on homers by Nobuhiro Matsuda. The Lions defeated the Marines in all 3 games. The Fighters only played on Sept 5 against the Buffaloes and won that game.

The Lions on Sept 1 blasted with home runs by Takeya Nakamura, Ernesto Mejia and a grand slam by Tomoya Mori against the Hawks and rose to 3rd place. The next day the Hawks clinched the game with Yuki Yanagita's home run in the 12th inning. The Hawks won the next day too. The Fighters beat the Marines in the first game, lost the next which was started by Shohei Otani, and the 3rd won too. The Buffaloes losing streak halted at 5 on Sept 2 by beating the Golden Eagles.

August
The Hawks Kensuke Tanaka grand slammed on Aug 28 to help defeat the Fighters. The Hawks won the next game too, but finished a draw on Aug 30. The Lions and the Golden Eagles each won a game.

The Hawks Seiji Uebayashi grand slammed against the Marines on Aug 25 to help his team win. The next day it was Lee Dai-ho who homered twice for another win. The Fighters beat the Lions on Aug 25, then the next day Shohei Otani shut out the Lions. The Lions won the 3rd game on Akiyama's run homer. The Buffaloes clinched the first game against the Golden Eagles, ant the next on Yoshio Itoi's home run. The Golden Eagles won the 3rd.

The Fighters won in the 10th inning on Brandon Laird's sacrafice fly against the Buffaloes on Aug 21. It lost the next, but won the 3rd with homers by Yoh Daikan and Sho Nakata. The Lions winning streak ended at 5 with its defeat against the Marines on Aug 22. But a feat by its 18 year old pitch Kona Takahashi on Aug 23 who shut out the Marines. The Hawks Yuki Yanagita blasted a 3 run home run on Aug 22 to take his team to a victory over the Golden Eagles. In the next game Lee Dae-ho and Wily Mo Pena homered to beat the Eagles.

On Aug 18, legendary former MLB pitcher Randy Johnson opened the game between the Fighters and the Marines. The Fighters Shohei Otani shut out the Marines. The Fighters won the next two games. The Buffaloes defeated the Hawks in the first two games but not the third.

The Hawks won the first two games from the Lions from Aug 14. The Fighters faced the Golden Eagles and won the first and the third games. The Marines Alfredo Despaigne slammed a 2 run homer on Aug 14 to help his team defeat the Buffaloes. Yuki Nishi shut out the Marines on Aug 15. The next day the Marines won again.

The Hawks Yuki Yanagita homered twocie to beat the Buffaloes on Aug 11. The Buffaloes won the next game, but the Hawks won again the 3rd. The Lions beat the Fighters on Aug 11 on Ernesto Mejia's home run. The Fighters won the next two. The Golden Eagles losing streak was halted on Aug 12 at 5 in the game against the Marines on Kazu Matsui's home run. It won the next day too.

The Marines beat the Hawks in the first 2 games from Aug 7 and lost the 3rd. The Fighters Shohei Otani homered and help his team beat the Golden Eagles on Aug 7. He hit a game winning run the next day. The Fighters also won the 3rd game. The Buffaloes defeated the Lions in the first 2 games. Takeya Nakamura grand slammed for the Lion on Aug 9 to give his team a win.

The top 2 teams faced eachother from Aug 4. The Hawks defeated the Fighters in all 3 games. The Buffaloes beat the Marines supported by Chihiro Kaneko's good performance. The Marines won the next 2 games. The Lions losing streak finally ended at 13 on Aug 5 in the game against the Golden Eagles, and won the game on Aug 6 too.

The Hawks beat the Lions on both Aug 1 and 2. So did the Golden Eagles against the Buffaloes. The Fighters won the first against the Marines, but not the next.

July
On Jul 31, The Marines won its 7th game in a row defeating the Fighters. The Buffaloes beat the Golden Eagles. The Lions took its 10th loss in a row in the game against the Hawks.

The Hawks Yuki Yanagita was in good shape helping the team beat the Golden Eagles on Jul 28 and 29. The Marines beat the Lions in all 3 games and marked its total 6th win in a row on Jul 30. The Buffaloes Yoshio Itoi helped his team against the Fighters with RBIs on Jul 28. His team lost the next but on Jul 30 Itoi homered twice.

From Jul 24, the Hawks beat the Buffaloes the first 2 games, lost the 3rd in extra innings. The Fighters won all 3 games from the Lions. The Marines to beat the Golden Eagles in all 3 games.

The Golden Eagles returned from the all star break in good shape on Jul 20 and winning all 3 games. In the 3rd game the team hitted in 19 runs. The Buffaloes starter Chihiro Kaneko won the game against the Lions and won the next day too on Yoshitomo Tani's 2 runs hit in. The Hawks beat the Marines on Jul 21 and 22.

The Buffaloes faced the Marines from Jul 13 and won the first 2 games. The Marines losing streak ended at 7 on Jul 15. The Lions Shogo Akiyama's base hit streak ended on Jul 14 at 31 but he sacrificed a hit for a walk in the 10th inning which led to Takeya Nakamura's game winning 3 run home run to halt his teams's losing streak. The top two teams faced eachother from Jul 14, the Fighters won the first, the Hawks won the second and kept first place.

The Fighters Shohei Otani started on Jul 10 and won his 10th game in a shut out game against the Lions. The Fighters won the next 2 games while the Lions succumbed to its 4th loss in a row. The Buffaloes and Golden Eagles tied in the first game, the Buffaloes won the next with a home run by Tony Blanco, and the 3rd game too. The Hawks beat the Marines in 2 games from Jul 11.

On Jul 7, the Hawks lost to the Golden Eagles Kaz Matsui's 2 run home run. They didn't play the next game. It won on Jul 9. The Fighters Sho Nakata homered to help his team defeat the Marines on Jul 7. The Lions beat the Buffaloes in the 2 games they played.

The Fighters played against the Golden Eagles from Jul 3 and won the first two, forcing the Golden Eagles to succumb to its 8th loss in a row. But on Jul 5, the Golden Eagles managed to clinch the game. The Lions and the Marines tied in the first game. The Lions won the next with a 3 run home run by Takeya Nakamura. Nakamura homered in the 3rd game too to help his team win. The Hawks beat the Buffaloes on July 5. Many games are affected by the rainy season.

On Jul 1 Takeya Nakamura's grand slam contributed to the Lions whooping win over the Hawks. The next day it was the Hawks to win a competitive game against the Lions. On Jul 2, the Marines beat the Golden Eagles. The Fighters beat the Buffaloes.

June
From June 26 the Lions faced the Fighters. The Lions won the first game, the 2nd but lost the 3rd. The Hawks secured first place by defeating the Golden Eagles in the first game and the 3rd. The Marines was no match for the Buffaloes on June 2 but the Marines won the next day.

The Hawks Yuki Yanagita's homerun helped the team win its 5th straight game on June 23, by defeating the Lions. The Lions won the next on Kimura's grand slam. The Hawks won the 3rd to keep first place. The Marines beat the Fighters on June 23. In the next game Shohei Otani of the Fighters shut out the Marines and Sho Nakata slammed a 3 run home run. Tony Blanco contributed to the Buffaloes win over the Golden Eagles in 2 games with home runs.

Regular leagues games resumed on June 19. The Hawks got to a great start defeating the Fighters in all 3 games. The Golden Eagles played well winning all 3 games from the Marines. The Lions won the first and third games from the Buffaloes.

May
The Fighters beat the Hawks on May 22, won the next day on Haruki Nishikawa's grand slam and Sho Nakata's single. It's won the 3rd game on a 3 run by Nobuhito Matsuda. The Golden Eagles beat the Lions on May 22 on Kazuya Fujita's grand slam. It lost the next but won the 3rd game. The Marines beat the Buffaloes in the first 2 games, lost the 3rd.

The Lions beat the Marines on May 19 but lost the next 2 games. The Golden Eagles won on May 19 but lost the next 2 to the Fighters. The Hawks lost the first game on May 19 to the Buffaloes. By winning the next 2 regained first place.

On May 15 the Lions and Hawks tied. The next day the Hawks exploded including a grand slam by Yuki Yanagita and wins on May 17 too to surge to first place. The Fighters win 2 of 3 games against the Buffaloes. The Golden Eagles beat the Marines in 2 games from May 16.

The top 2 teams faced eachother from May 12. The Lions won the first 2 games. The Fighters clinched the 3rd on a great pitch by Shohei Otani. The Golden Eagles won the first game against the Buffaloes. The Buffaloes won the next with 4 RBI contributions by Francisco Caraballo. The Marines won a game against the Hawks on May 13.

The Fighters won the game on May 8 from the Buffaloes, but lost the next 2. The Hawks Lee Dae-ho is contributing with a homerun on May 8 against the Golden Eagles. It lost the next though, and won the 3rd on his 3 run homer. The Lions won on May 1 over the Marines with a home run by Tomoya Mori. The next day it lost to Alfredo Despaigne's 3 run then again the 3rd game to Ohmine brothers.

The Lions won all 3 games against the Buffaloes from May 4. The Fighters lost 2 of 3 games and was replaced by the Giants first place. The Hawks played competitive games against the Marines and clinched the first two games from May 4, but lost the 3rd.

On May 1 the Fighters Sho Nakata slammed a 2 run homer run to beat the Marines. He homered again the next day to contribute to the team's win. But the Fighters lost on May 3. The Lions won all 3 games against the Golden Eagles. The Hawks won on May 1 on a RBI through a walk with bases full against the Buffaloes. The Hawks lost the next and clinched the 3rd.

April
The Fighters and the Hawks won a game each from Apr 28. The Marines won 2 of 3 games against the Lions. The Golden Eagles won the first against the Buffaloes including a homer by Wily Mo Pena, but lost the next too.

The Fighters was walked with bases full and with that RBI beat the Buffaloes on Apr 24. The Fighters lost the next game to Naotaka Takehara's 3 run homerun but clinched the 3rd in which Shohei Otani started. The Hawks and the Lions finished a draw on Apr 24. The Lions won the next 2 games. The Golden Eagles defeated the Marines in the 1st and 3rd games.

On Apr 21 the Lions Takeya Nakamura homered to give his team a win over the Fighters. But the next day, it was Sho Nakata who blasted to celebrate his birthday. The Hawks Lee Dae-ho homered twice on Apr 21 to defeat the Golden Eagles. Lee Dae-ho contributed again in the next game with a homer. The Buffaloes won on Apr 21 aginast the in a 12 inning game with the Marines looking embarrassed.

The Hawks faced the Marines from Apr 17. The Hawks won the first but lost the next. The Golden Eagles clinched the first 2 games from the Fighters on Apr 17. The Hawks shut out the Golden Eagles on Apr 18. On Apr 19 the Fighters shut out the Golden Eagles. The Lions beat the Buffaloes on Yoshio Itoi's 3 base hits.

From Apr 14, the Fighters won the 2 games its played against the Marines. The Golden Eagles marked its 5th win in a row on Apr 14 by defeating the Lions. But the Lions bounced back the next 2 games. The Hawks won the first 2 games from the Buffaloes. The Buffaloes managed to win on Apr 16 with Eiichi Koyano's run to take the lead.

The Golden Eagles Motohiro Shima homered to help his team defeat the Buffaloes on Apr 10. They tied the next game. On Apr 12, another dramatic win with an RBI hit by Ginji. The Lions Takeya Nakamura on Apr 11 slammed a 2 run home run to defeat the Marines. The Marines won the next day too on Toshiaki Imae's RBI hits. The Hawks hit in a run for the first time in 37 innings on Apr 11 and beat the Fighters. But the Hawks failed to score again giving up the game the next day.

On Apr 7 and 8 the Fighers defeated the Lions extending its winning streak to 7. The Golden Eagles and the Hawks tied on Apr 7, in the next game Golden Eagles had a dramatic victory. The Buffaloes also had a dramatic win defeating the Marines on Apr 7, but lost the next 2 games.

The Fighters are in good shape defeating the Buffaloes in all 3 games from Apr 3. The Lions winning streak ended at 5 on Apr 3 losing to the Hawks,and lost again the following day. On Apr 5 the Lions won. The Marines beat the Golden Eagles on Apr 4, but it was the other way around the next day.

The Buffaloes won its first game of the season against the Hawks on Apr 1. But it was soon in trouble giving up a 2 run home run to Nakajima on Apr 2. The Fighters beat the Marines home runs by Shohei Otani and Hiromi Oka and won again the next day even though former superstar Yuki Saito performed badly. The Lions Takeya Nakamura homered twice to win on Apr 2, giving the team its 5th straight win in a row.

March
The Hawks on Mar 31 beat the Buffaloes on homeruns, including a 2 run by Seiichi Uchikawa. The Lions continue to perform well. It defeated the Golden Eagles. The Marines beat the Fighters.

The season kicked off on Mar 27. The Hawks failed to win the first game for the first time in 8 years. It's against the Marines. It won the next game but lost again the 3rd game under coach Kimiyasu Kudo. The Fighters starter Shohei Otani stepped down in the 6th inning for spraining his calf in the first game but won against the Golden Eagles. The Fighters lost the next game, but on Mar 29 on homers by Yoh Daikan and Sho Nakata won. The Lions Kazuhisa Makita shut out the Buffaloes in the first game and won. The Lions won the next game and the 3rd game too.
