The game started with Marines Shogo Nakamura's sacrifice fly RBI. Then the Buffaloes Yuma Mune slammed a 2 run home run The Marines equalized on Toshiya Sato's RBI. Nakamura homered for the lead. The Buffaloes equalized on Yuya Oda's hit. With that the game ended 2-2. Buffaloes secured the Climax Series.

Nov 11
The Buffaloes clinched the game on Yutaro Sugimoto's 2 run home run, to win 2 to 0 against the Marines.

Nov 10
T Okada hit in a run. But that was good enough to give the Buffaloes a win, with Yoshinobu Yamamoto pitching and shutting out the Marines 1 to 0.

1st stage:Chiba Lotte Marines vs Rakuten Golden Eagles
Nov 7
The Marines Koki Yamaguchi slammed a home run to take the lead. The Golden Eagles equalized on Ginjiro Sumitani's home run. Then Hiroaki Shimauchi hit in a run to regain the lead. Then Leonys Martin homered to equalize. The Marines tied against the Golden Eagles, and with this result advanced to the next stage.

Nov 6
It's a competitive game. It's a see-saw game. Brandon Laird hit in an RBI. The Golden Eagles clinched the lead on Hiroaki Shimauchi's 2 RBI hitter. Adeiny Hechavarria slammed an equalizing home run. The in the final inning, Toshiya Sato batted in a game winning run. The Marines won 5 to 4.

Oct
On Oct 27, the Buffaloes team waited at its stadium on the result of the Marines. If the Marines lost the Buffaloes would clinch the league champion title. The Marines lost to the Golden Eagles. The Buffaloes clinched its league victory for the first time in 25 years. It's the first since Ichiro Suzuki played with the team.

A painful lost for the Marines on Oct 25 against the Hawks. The Buffaloes beat the Golden Eagles on a shut out hurl over a distance by Yoshinobu Yamamoto, with that win surging to first place. It's the Buffaloes last game of the season.

From Oct 23, the Marines beat the Fighter in 2 straight games, giving the team a possibility to win the pennant with 3 more wins. The Golden Eagles beat the Hawks on Eita Asamura's 3 run home run, but lost the next day.

On Oct 21, the Buffaloes Yuma Mune homered to beat the Lions. The Hawks and the Fighters tied.

From Oct 19, the Buffaloes won a game and lost a game against the Golden Eagles. The Marines lost to the Hawks on Oct 19. Fans witnessed the final pitch of legendary pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka . The 41 year old dubbed "Monster of Heisei" ended his career pitching against the Fighters wearing number 18 as a member of the Lions. He played for the Boston Red Sox. The Lions lost this game but won the following game against the Fighters.

On Oct 15, the Marines Hiromi Oka slammed a game winning home run against the Hawks. The Hawks won the next game with homere by Brandon Laird and Yuki Yanakita. The Buffaloes Yutaro Sugimoto slammed a 3 run homer to beat the Fighters on Oct 15. On Oct 17, the Fighters beat the Buffaloes. The Lions beat the Golden Eagles started by Masahiro Tanaka.

The top 2 teams faced eachother from Oct 12. The Buffloes and the Marines tied in the first, the Marines won th next 2. Even though the Marine rank 2nd, it's chance for the league victory is greater. As to others, the Hawks beat the Fighters on Oct 12. On Oct 13, the Golden Eagles beat the Hawks, the Fighters defeated the Lions. On Oct 14, the Hawks beat the Golden Eagles. The Lions beat the Fighters on Takeya Nakamura's home run.

From Oct 9 the Buffaloes played against the Hawks and they won a game each. The Marines lost the first game against the Fighters, tied in the 2nd. The Golden Eagles and the Lions won a game each.

From Oct 8 the Marines played against the Fighters, lost the first 2 games and tied in the 3rd. On Oct 8 the Lions beat the Hawks.

The Hawks Matsumoto on Oct 7 shut out the Lions. The Lions won the next day. On Oct 7 the Golden Eagles beat the Marines.

On Oct 5 the Buffaloes won its 8th game in a row beat the Fighters on Moya's 3 run homerun. Lost the next, won the 3rd. The Marines beat the Lions in 2 games. The Hawks and the Golden Eagles ties in the first, the Golden Eagles won the 2nd.

On Oct1 the Buffaloes beat the Hawks and return to first place. In the next game the Buffaloes Yoshinobu Yamamoto earn his shut out win against the Hawks. The Buffaloes win the 3rd game too. The Fighters win 2 of 3 games against the Lions. The Marines on Oct 2 loses against the Golden Eagles, clinched the next game on Kazuya Kojima's shut out win.

Sept
The top 2 teams faced eachother from Sept 28. The Buffaloes T Okada contributed with 3 run home runs in the first and 3 games and beat the Buffaloes in all 3 games. The Fighter won the first game against the Golden Eagles but lost the next 2. The Hawks Alfredo Despaigne contributed in all 3 games against the Lions, helping the Hawks win the first 2, but lost a competitive 3rd game.

The Marines lost to the Lions on Sept 24, and won the next 2. The Buffloes lost to the Golden Eagles in the first game. Yoshinobu Yamamoto's great pitch gave him his 15th win in the next game. The Buffaloes tied in the 3rd. The Fighter won the first game against the Hawks, lost the next 2.

From Sept 22, the Marines lost 2 games to the Hawks. The Buffaloes and the Fighters won a game each. The Golden Eagles and the Lions won a game each.

From Sept 18, the Marines faced the Fighters and won a game each. The Buffaloes played against the Lions, and they won a game each. The Hawks beat the Golden Eagles on Sept 19 on Ryoya Kurihara's 2 run home run.

From Sept 14, the Marines faced the Hawks, won the first 2 games, tied in the 3rd. The Golden Eagles won the first 2 games against the Marines with home runs by Eita Asamura, lost the 3rd. The Lions faced the Fighters, both teams won a game and tied.

The Marines faced the Golden Eagles from Sept 10 and won all 3 games with contributions by Brandon Laird. The Buffaloes won the first game against the Lions on a good performance by Yoshinobu Yamamoto who won his 13th game. But the Lions clinched the next 2 games. The Fighters and the Hawks tied in the first game. The Fighters won with a whooping 17 runs in the next game and also clinched the 3rd game.

The Marines and the Buffaloes battled for the top 2 places facing eachother from Sept 7. The Buffaloes won the first, the Marines, the 2nd and they tied in the 3rd. The Golden Eagles won 2 of 3 games against the Fighters. The Lions and the Hawks won a game each.

From Sept 3 the Buffaloes faced the Hawks, won the first but lost the next 2 and fell to 2nd place. The Marines against the Fighters won 2 games, tied in one and rose to first place. The Golden Eagles won 2 of 3 games against the Lions.

On Sept 1, the Fighters beat the Buffaloes, and they tied the next day. The Lions beat the Marines on Sept 1. On Sept 2, the Hawks Yuki Yanagita slammed a 3 run home run to defeat the Golden Eagles.

Aug
On Aug 31, the Fighters beat the Buffaloes. The Marines Leonys Marin homered to beat the Lions. The Golden Eagles defeated the Hawks.

The Buffaloes faced the Hawks from Aug 27, won the first on Yoshinobu Yamamoto's shut out over the distance victory, tied in the 2nd and won again in the 3rd. The Marines beat the Golden Eagles in all 3 games. The Fighters won the first game against the Lions, tied in the next and the Fighters won the 3rd on Hiromi Ito's shut out pitch.

On Aug 23, the Golden Eagles beat the Buffaloes, the next game was rained out, and they tied in the 3rd game. The Lions Takeya Nakamura slammed a 2 run homer to beat the Hawks on Aug 23. They tied in the next game, the the Hawks won the 3rd. The Fighters and the Marines tied on Aug 24, the Marines won the next day.

From Aug 20 the Buffaloes faced the Lions, won the first 2 games, lost the 3rd to Takeya Nakamura's grand slam. The Hawks lost the first 2 games against the Marines, won the 3rd. The Fighters and the Golden Eagles tied in the first game then won a game each.

From Aug 17, the Lions and the Marines won a games each and tied in the 3rd. Most other games were rained out. The Buffaloes played on Aug 18 against the Fighters and won. The Hawks faced the Golden Eagles on the same day and won.

The league resumed on Aug 13 after a long break during the Tokyo Olympic Games. The Buffaloes defeated the Marines in 2 of 3 games. The Golden Eagles Yuki Yanagita homered against the Fighters on Aug 13, the Hawks won the next game too, tied in the 3rd. The Golden Eagles clinched the game on Aug 13 on Eita Asamura's RBI against the Lions. The next day, the Golden Eagles won on Rui Okoe's RBI. By the way, Okoe's sister played baseketball on Japan's silver medal winning Olympic team. The Lions won the 3rd game.

On Jul 12, the Hawks Colin Rea shut out the Golden Eagles. But the Golden Eagles won the next 2 games. The Buffaloes and the Fighters faced eachother and won a game each. The Marines and the Lions won a game each.

On Jul 8 Buffaloes ace pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto pitched well to shut out te Hawks. The next 2 days, the Hawks won on home runs by Yuki Yanagita. The Fighters beat the Marines on Jul 9 with good pitching by a Hiromi Ito. They tied in the next game. The Golden Eagles faced the Lions and they won a game each.

The Buffaloes lost 2 games against the Golden Eagles from Jul 6, and tied in the 3rd. The Lions Kaima Taira's consecutive no RBI loss games ended with his 39th, giving up a home run to the Fighters Wang Po Jung. The Fighters won the next game too. The Hawks starter Kodai Senga gave up 10 runs, and his team lost against the Marines. The Hawks lost the next game too.

The Buffaloes contine to perform well, beating the Lions in all 3 games from Jul 2. The Golden Eagles lost 2 games against the Marines from Jul 3. The Hawks beat the Fighters in 2 games.

On Jul 1, the Fighters beat the Golden Eagles. The Lions won against the Hawks with Kaima Taira closing his 39th game without giving up a run which is a Japan record.

June
On Jun 29, the Buffaloes tied with the Marines, won the next day to surge to first place. The Golden Eagles and the Fighters tied on Jun 29, the Golden Eagles failed to bat in runs for Masahiro Tanaka the next day. On Jun 30, the Hawks Ryoya Kurihara and Nobuhiro Matsuda homered to beat the Lions.

The Buffloes faced the Lions from Jun 25. They won a game each and tied in one. The Golden Eagles rose to 2nd place by defeating the Hawks on Jun 25, on a 2 run homer by Hideto Asamura and Takahiro Norimoto's hurl over a distance. The Golden Eagles won the next 2 games. The Marines won 2 games against the Fighters from Jun 26.

The Buffaloes win it's 11th game in a row on June 23, beating the Fighters but that streak ends the next day. The Golden Eagles succumbs to Kaima Taira on June 21 who contines his shut out relief streak of 35 games. The Golden Eagles win the next game with Masahiro Tanaka earning a win. The Hawks Yuki Yanagita slams a 2 run homer on June 21 to beat the Marines, they tie in the next, and the Hawks clinch the 3rd game with RBIs by Yanagita.

Interleague ends on June 16. On 18 regular league games resume. The Buffaloes continue to play well, winning 2 games agains the Golden Eagles. The Hawks lose the first game against the Fighters, ties in the next 2 games. The Lions and the Marines when a game each and tie in the 3rd.

After May 25, games are played Interleague. The Golden Eagles Hiroaki Shimauchi's 3 run home run helped his team beat the Marines on May 21. The Golden Eagles lost the next game but won the 3rd on Mogi's RBI. The Lions Hotaka Yamakawa homered to beat the Fighters on May 21. The Lions won the next game too but lost the 3rd. The Hawks replace the Golden Eagles for first place. It won on May 22, on Yuki Yanagita's 3 run home run, and won the next on Nobuhiro Matsuda's home run against the Buffaloes.

The Golden Eagles faced the Fighters from May 18. Hideto Asamura homered in the first 2 games which Golden Eagles won but lost the 3rd. The Hawks Yuki Yanakiga slammed a 2 run home run on May 18 against the Lions to win and also the Hawks won the next game, while losing the 3rd. The Marines Steven Moya helped his team win on May 18 against the Buffaloes with 2 homers. The Marines won the next game on Brandon Laird's home run.

The Golden Eagles faced the Buffaloes from May 14,and lost the first 2 games. Hayakawa hurled a shut out 3rd game and won. The Hawks won 2 games against the Fighters, tied in the 3rd. The Lions and the Marines tied in 2 games, and the Lions won 1 games.

The Golden Eagles and the Lions on May 11 tied. The Golden Eagles won the next day. The Marines beat the Hawks on Laird's home run on May 11, tied the next day. The Buffaloes beat the Fighters on May 11 and the Fighters beat the Buffaloes the next day.

The Golden Eagles faced the Fighters from May 7, lost the first in which its ace pitcher Hideaki Wakui pitced, lost the 2nd in which Masahiro Tanaka started. The Golden Eagles won the 3rd. The Hawks tied against the Lions in the first, lost the 2nd. The Marines and Buffaloes won a game each.

From May 3, top 2 teams faced eachother. The Hawks and Golden Eagles won a game each and tied in the 3rd. The Lions and the Buffaloes alsow on a game each and tied on a game. The Fighters and the Marines did not play due to the pandemic spread in the Fighters.

Masahiro Tanaka started for the Golden Eagles on May 1 and he pitched a shut out 5 inning, and his team beat the Marines. The Marines won the next game. The Hawks beat the Buffaloes on May 1 on Nobuhiro Matsuda's 2 run home run. The Hawks lost the next games. The Fighters beat the Lions on Sho Nakata's 2 run home run. But the Fighters games were indefinitely cancelled after this one. It's players, coaches and staff tested positive for COVID-19.

The rain has suspended some games from Apr 27. The Golden Eagles tied with the Buffaloes in the one game they played. The Fighters beat the Hawks in 2 of 3 games. The Lions won 2 of 3 games against the Marines.

The Golden Eagles faced the Lions from Apr 23. They tied in the first game. In the 2nd game, Masahiro Tanaka started. It's his first appearance at homeground Sendai since he left for the NY Yankees. He gave up a run in 6 innings, and won his first game. The Golden Eagles won the 3rd game too. The Hawks lost 2 of 3 games against the Marines. The Buffaloes and the Fighters faced eachother, won a game each and tied in one.

The top 2 games faced eachother from Apr 20. The Hawks won 2 games. The Buffaloes beat the Lions in all 3 games from Apr 20. The Marines won the first 2 games of 3 from the Fighters.

The Golden Eagles fell to 2nd place after losing agains the Marines in 2 of 3 games from Apr 13. The Hawks by defeating the Buffaloes in 2 of 3 games surged to first place. The Fighters and the Lions won a game each from Apr 13.

The Golden Eagles faced the Hawks from Apr 9. They tied in the first 2 games, and the Hawks won the 3rd, on Alfredo Despagne's RBI. The Lions won 2 of 3 games against the Marines. The Fighter ended its losing streak at 7 on Apr 9 in the game against the Buffaloes, won the next game, tied in the 3rd.

The Golden Eagles continue to be in good shape beating the Lions in all 3 games from Apr 6. The Hawks ace pitcher Koudai Senga pitched for the first time this season. He had to leave the park after a fall, injuring his leg. His team won this and the next 2 games against the Fighters. The Marines and the Buffaloes faced eachother winning a game each and tying in one.

The Golden Eagles Hideaki Wakui won his 2nd game with 9 strike outs against the Buffaloes on Apr 2. The Golden Eagles won the next, but lost the 3rd to Masahiro Yoshida's 2 run home run. The Hawks lost all 3 games to the Lions. The Marines beat the Fighers in 2 games, they tied in the 3rd.

On Apr 1, the Buffaloes Yoshinobu Yamamoto hurled a shut out victory over the Hawks. The Marines clobbered the Golden Eagles.

On Mar 30, Takayuki Kishi of the Golden Eagles became the first to clinch a over the distance shut out victory. He was supported by Eita Asamura's home run to beat the Marines. The Golden Eagles won the next day too. The Lions Hotaka Yamakawa on Mar 30 slammed a 2 run home run to beat the Fighters. They tied the next day. The Hawks won its 4th game in a row by defeating the Buffaloes on Mar 30, but the winning streak was ended the next day.

The Hawks started out the season showing it is a powerful team. It beat the Marines in the opener on Mar 26 with home runs by Ukyo Shuto, Yuki Yanakita. The next day, the Hawks ended the game with Kenta Imamiya's RBI hit. It also won the 3rd game. Tomoya Mori homered for the Lions in the opener to help beat the Buffaloes. The Buffaloes won the next game. The Lions won the 3rd. Hideki Wakui started for the Golden Eagles, hurled well, and beat the Fighters. The Fighters won the next game on Hikari Ota's 2 run home run. The Golden Eagles won the 3rd game with its rooki Takayuki Hayakawa pitching well.
