Final stage:Fukuoka Softbank Hawks vs Nippon Ham Fighters
On Oct 18, Hotaka Yamakawa hit in a run, then Kensuke Kondo hit in a run.
The Fighters equalized on Chusei Mannami's RBI. But on Ukyo Shuto's RBI, the Hawks won 3 to 0 to secure its advancement to the Japan Series.
In the 2nd game on Oct 17, the Fighters scored first, but then Kensuke Kondo blasted a 2 run home run to take the lead. Hotaka Yamakawa homered twice. The Hawks won 7 to 2.
On Oct 16, Kohei Arihara started for the Hawks. He pitched well. Meanwhile Hotaka Yamakawa hit in a run, then Kenta Imamiya homered. Ryoha Kurihara homered. Yamakawa gave a final blow to the Fighters with his home run to win 5 to 2.
First stage:Chiba Lotte Marines vs Nippon Ham Fighters
In the 3rd game on Oct 14, the Fighters Kotaro Kiyomiya batted in 2 runs to equalize.
Then Mizuno hit in 2 more runs. The Fighters defeated the Marines 5 to 2 to advance to the final stage.
On Oct 13, in the 2nd game,the Marines took the lead with Hisanori Yasuda's home run. In the 9th inning with the Fighters behind, Chusei Mannami slammed an equalizing home run. In an extended inning, Daiki Asama hit a walk over run for the Fighters 3 to 2 win.
Mr. Perfect, Roki Sasaki started. He did well shutting out the Fighters in 8 innings he hurled. His teammates Shogo Nakamura and Gregory Polanco homered for the Fighters 2 to 0 win.

On Oct 1, the Marine's ace pitcher Roki Sasaki hurled over the distance against the Golden Eagles and won his 10th game.
The Hawks meanwhile continued to perform strong winning the rest of the season's games.

Teams are competing for one more berth to proceed to the Climax Series.
The Marines are doing well, beating the Lions on Sept 29 and the Golden Eagles on Sept 30.
The Fighters, by defeating the Golden Eagles on Sept 26 secured its place in the Climax Series. It's for the first time in 6 years and the first since Tsuyoshi Shinjo led the team.
On Sept 23, the Hawks with its victory over the Buffaloes won the league champion title. It's the team's first league victory in 4 years.
The Hawks continue to play well, defeated the Gode Eagles in 2 games from Sept 21. The Fighters lost a game and won a games against the Buffaloes. The Marines beat the Lions in 2 games. In the 2nd game Roki Sasaki recorded 10 strike outs and won his 9th game.
On Sept 20, the Hawks shut out the Buffaloes with Kohei Arihara winnings his 13th game. The Fighters beat the Golden Eagles with 2 triple homers by Ranmil Reyes.
From Sept 17, the Hawks lost 2 games against the Fighters. The Golden Eagles defeated the Marines in 2 games and surged to 3rd place. The Lions beat the Buffaloes on Sept 18.
The Hawks beat the Buffaloes in all 4 games from Sept 13. The Marines Nefale Soto homered on Sept 13, but could not beat the Lions. The Marines lost 3 of 4 games. The Golden Eagles played on Sept 14 and beat the Fighers, the next game was rained out but played and won on Sept 16.
In the only game in the league on Sept 12, the Golden Eagles beat the Lions.
The Hawks faced the Golden Eagles from Sept 10 and won both, including a game on >Hotaka Yamakawa's 2 run home run. The Fighters won a dramatice victory in 2 games against the Lions. The Marines Netfale Soto homered in both games from Sept 10 helpding his team beat the Buffaloes.
In the only game on Sept 5, the Marines beat the Golden Eagles on Neftale Soto's 2 run home run. They played 3 more games in a row in which the Golden Eagles won 2 on Eita Asamura's home runs in both games. The Hawks played 3 games against the Lions from Sept 6 and lost the first 2 games. The Fighters Ariel Martinez contributed to the team's first 2 wins against the Buffaloes, but lost the 3rd in a 10 inning game.
From Sept 3, the Hawks lost 2 games to the Fighters. The Buffaloes defeated the Lions in 2 games.

The Fighters faced the Hawks from Aug 23. It's lost a competitive first game but won the next 2. On Aug 23, the Buffaloes clinched the game against the Marines on Sugimoto's walk over home run. The Buffloes lost the next, but wonthe 3rd. The Golden Eagles won 2 of 3 games from the Lions.

On Aug 13, the Hawks defeat the Lions. The Lions on Aug 14 ended its losing streak at 8. The Hawks took the 3rd game with 3 homers by Hotaka Yamakawa. The Marines beat the Fighters on Aug 13, and surged to 2nd place. but lost the next 2 games. The Golden Eagles Takashi Hayakawa shut out the Buffaloes on Aug 13 to give his team a win. The Golden Eagles went on to win the next game but lost the 3rd to a walk off hit.

The Hawks on Jul 19 shut out the Lions but lost the next on Dai Nomura's 2 run home run. The Fighters clinched all 3 games agains the Marines. The Golden Eagles swept away all 3 games from the Buffaloes.
On Jul 16 the Hawks beat the Marines in both games, the first on Hotaru Yamakawa's 2 RBIs and and 2nd on Takuya Kai's 5 RBIs. The Fighters won 2 games against the Golden Eagles. The Buaffoes won the first game against the Lion, lost the next shut out game.
The Fighters from Jul 12 beat the Hawks in 2 of 3 games. The Marines clinched the first 2 of 3 games against the Buffaloes. The Golden Eagles in good shape beat the Lions in all 3 games.

On May 21, the Hawks batted in 21 runs and shut out the Golden Eagles. Hotaru Yamakawa homered twice in the next game, and again won big. The Fighters won 2 competitive games against the Buffaloes but lost the 3rd. The Lions continue to play poorly losing 2 games to the Marines.
Kensuke Kondo batted well, with a home run on May 17 along with Hotaru Yamakawa to beat the Lions. Then slammed a game winning 2 run home run in the next game and a game winning RBI in the 3rd. The Buffaloes has not won a game for a long time, losing on May 17, but fianlly won the next 2 games against the Golden Eagles. The Fighters and the Marines tied on May 17, then the Marines won the next 2 games.
The Golden Eagles beat the Hawks in 2 games from May 15. The Fighters won against the Lions in 2 games, with Chusei Manami contributing in the 2nd with a 3 run home run. The Marines defeated in the Buffaloes in the first, and tied in the next.
The Fighters were back on track beating the Marines from May 10 all 3 games with Chusei Mannami batting well. The Lions won 2 of 3 games against the Golden Eagles. The Hawks played the Buffaloes on May 11, and won on Kensuke Kondo's RBI.
On May 6, the Hawks Hotaka Yamakawa homered twice and 43 year old starter Tsuyoshi Wada won the game against the Fighters. The Hawks won the next 2 games. The Marines defeated the Lions in 2 games. Leandro Cedeno slammed a 3 run homerun to give the Buffaloes a win over the Golden Eagles on May 6. But his team lost the 2nd game.
The Hawks from May 3 played against the Lions. It's winning streak did not continue losing the first 2 games to the Lions. It was back on track on May 5 with Yuki Yanakita's home run. The Hawks in good shape defeated the Lions in all 3 games from Apr 12. Hotaka Yamakawa grand slammed twice on Apr 13. The Buffaloes lost the first game against the Fighters, won the next on a 2 run home run by Yuma Tongu, and also won the 3rd game. The Golden Eagles won the first game on Yukiya Ito's home run against the Marines, tied in the 2nd. In the 3rd, Roki Sasaki pitched well for the Marines to earn his 2nd win.
The Buffaloes on Apr 9 beat the Golden Eagles lost the next despite 2 homers by Leandro Cedeno. Cedeno homesd again in the 3rd game, and this time in the end, the Buffaloes won. The Marines beat the Lions with RBIs by Shogo Nakamura on Apr 9, and won the next day too in a competitive game. The Fighters beat the Hawks on Apr 9 but on Apr 11 the Fighters won.
On Apr 5, the Marines Kazuya Ojima shut out the Buffaloes and won. The next day the Buffaloes Kosei Yoshida pitched well. In the 3rd game, Roki Sasaki was unstable but he pitched 7 inning and his team beat the Buffaloes. The Hawks from Apr 5 won 2 games with Yuki Yanagita contributing with RBIS against the Golden Eagles. The Golden Eagles won the 3rd game. The Fightr won the first game against the Lions in a competitive game, but lost the next 2.
The Lions won 2 games from Apr 2 against the Buffaloes on good pitching by Kaima Taira then Natsuki Takeuchi. But lost the 3rd game to Kohei Azuma. The Hawks beat the Marines in 2 of 3 games.
